If my investment will not entitle me to my desired apartment, can I co-own? And how will it run?

Yes, you can co-own. All properties with joint ownership are managed by a dedicated facility management company and net rental income is shared based on investors fraction of the unit.

Where do I get my apartments?

For those subscribing now, it will be located at Lakowe Lagos.

How often do I get update & progress report on my Investment?

There will be quarterly updates and progress report by way of texts, charts, videos, images, and periodic site inspection.
In addition, there will be an Annual Investors’ Cocktail.

What do you mean by slot? Is it an apartment?

A slot in this investment programme refers to 10 Million Naira, which is the minimum investment.

Could there be a prototype of the apartment investors are getting?

Yes, there will be a prototype and investors will be invited for inspection.

How does this programme solve the housing problem in Nigeria?

The housing problem is a fund problem, so raising this fund will help us solve the problem one step at a time and ultimately reaching our goal of 1 million homes by 2041.

Whether or not the Investment Programme is fully subscribed, how do you intend to provide the asset returns for all Investors?

While the plan is to develop several schemes with 56 apartments per scheme in this location, the value of the apartment each investor gets will be determined by the invested sum.

How safe is my investment?

This project is managed by an experienced team of professionals. In addition, all project will be held in trust by a Trustee Company and all projects will also be insured during and after construction.

What are the attendants’ risks of this Investment and how do you intend to mitigate it?

Environmental & Contractor’s Risk: this will be covered by Insurance.
Financial Risk: Investors funds are tied primarily to assets and not treated as interest-based loans to anyone.
Currency & Inflation Risk: there will be timely and maximum use of resources.
Political & Government Policy Risk: Adherence to relevant guidelines, codes, standards, and government policies to ensure there is no violation.

Are there any hidden charges?

No Hidden Charges.

Does the company have a secured underwriter?

No. This is reward-based crowdfunding and not equity-based. What is critical here is the trustee company and insurance for all projects.

In the event the Company is unable to get full subscription for the available slots, will the project still continue or will my deposit be refunded?

The project will continue with guaranteed returns as captured in the deed of agreement.

What if the worth of the apartment by 2024 is more than the capital invested, how do you work it out?

The worth of the apartment has already been predetermined.

Can one pay in part from now till the 31st of May?

Yes

Is there room for pool of funds from different investors to buy one slot or more in the Housing Investment Programme?

Yes, but we will be dealing with them as a single entity.

What happens if the investment slots have been fully subscribed before my funds are ready?

We will notify you when there are new openings but please note that ROI would have been reviewed.

If I co-own an apartment with another investor, can I buy out the apartment when I am enabled?

It depends on the willingness of the co-owner to sell his/her equity in the apartment.

What’s the process for claiming the returns at the expiration of the investment period?

Investors will get a prompt notification at maturity and can make a request for withdrawal on the Mobile App.

At what stage do I cash out my investment?

5 years from the closing date of this initial private offer.

During the five-year period is there any provision for premature withdrawal?

In this particular investment programme, there is no room for premature withdrawal or liquidation on Investment until after 5 years.
However, you may lose your return on investment and 20% of your principal should that be allowed.

What happens if an investor passes on?

Where an investor dies without advising the company of a next of kin and without a will, the spouse, or children or parents or siblings will in that order, be treated as beneficiaries.

Do you have other project for someone who want to get a property?

Yes, we have landed properties for purchase on outright and flexible payment plans. We also have apartments on off-plan and outright purchase.

Is there a shorter investment tenure?

Yes, there’s a 3year investment tenure with a 30% ROI and a landed property in the project location worth the invested sum.
